Let's Get Wing Wednesday Going!!!

(Pictured above, 1# fried wings with ranch, celery and carrots)

It's the 10th day of the year and we're gearing up for Burns Night on Thursday January, 25th but before that we have a 3 day weekend with Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Let us know what sauces you would like to see with Wing Wednesday or as a Fried Chicken Sandwich! We're working on a Fresh Guava(from Bay Park) & Habanero Sauce that should hit that sweet and spicy craving.

Our current soup is a Chicken & Corn Chowder that's Gluten Friendly without the side of Bread.

David has made another beautiful beef roast that we're slicing into sandwiches and covering with Gravy on Our Beef Dinner Plate. Look for a new beef sandwich option soon.

Jesse has 2 sandwich specials for us from his days at a local famous deli(names are different):

The Bay Park - Toasted Rye, Cold Roast Beef, Sliced Hard Boiled Egg, Cream Cheese Spread. Lettuce, Tomato, Onion on side

The JJ (Jesse's Jabroni) - Toasted Baguette, Sliced Salami, Rasher(Ham/Irish Bacon), Whipped Onion Cream Cheese, Spicy Giardiniera. Lettuce, Tomato, Onion on side with Vinaigrette.

Our Own Toasted Cask Filled with Bobby Burns Cocktail for A Barrel Aged Experience.

This is really good cocktail to introduce yourself into Scotch Whisky.

We hope you have a wonderful week and as always we want to thank everyone who helps and supports our community.
